Lambing Season at Kentwell Hall

Saturday 18th March to Sunday 19th March 2017 - Saturday 25th - Sunday 26th March 2017.

Kentwell's flock of rare-breed Norfolk Horn sheep begin lambing in mid-March and our newborn lambs will be on their best behaviour in the Tudor Stables. Don't forget, you can get to know the stars of the show by watching our 'LambCam' live on our website before you visit and if you are lucky you may even get to watch a lambing!

Spring is one of the best times to explore Kentwell with spring bulbs, and flowers.  Enjoy the 'Welly Walks' through the gardens and grounds.  Once the lambs are a few days old they will be racing around the lawns in front of the Hall - a beautiful sight to see.

Don't forget to try our Storybook Trail and let your imagination take you on an adventure thtough some of your favorite tales as the trail will lead you to find scenes from you most favorite stories, from the Very Hungry Caterpillar, The Frog and the Toad and if you are brave enough why not cross the Troll's bridge like the Three Billy Goat's Gruff!

Lunches, teas and light refreshments will be available from our Stableyard Tearoom,
